Birthdays and Group Belays

• Payment is non-refundable. Store credit will be given if a program is canceled whether by the customer or by Force Majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
• Changes must be made 14 days in advance. Cancellation requires 48 hours notice for store credit minus $50 admin fee. No credits or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.

Recreational Programs & Camp 

• Payment is non-refundable. Store credit will be given if a program is canceled whether by the customer or by Force Majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
• Cancellations require 14 days notice in writing before the start of the session (complete the form below) to receive store credit; otherwise, the credit amount is 50% of the remaining days/classes. Make-up classes are not offered for missed classes.

Beginner Lessons

• Payment is non-refundable. Store credit will be given if a program is canceled whether by the customer or by Force Majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
• Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice before the start of the lesson; otherwise, a $10+HST re-booking fee is required to reschedule.

Lead Lessons

• Payment is non-refundable. Store credit will be given if a program is canceled whether by the customer or by Force Majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
• Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice before the start of the lesson; otherwise, a $100+HST re-booking fee is required to reschedule.
• This policy applies to Day 1 and Day 2 individually.

Private Lessons

• Payment is non-refundable. Store credit will be given if a program is canceled whether by the customer or by Force Majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
• Cancellation requires 72 hours notice for store credit.
• Rescheduling requires 72 hours notice; subject to instructor availability.
• No credits or refunds with less than 72 hours notice.
• This policy applies to each session individually when multiple sessions are booked.

Adaptive Climbing Program

• Cancellation requires 48 hours notice for a full refund.
• Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice; subject to instructor availability.
• No refunds with less than 48 hours notice.
• This policy applies to each session individually when multiple sessions are booked.

Parent Rok Program

Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice before the start of the session.

Payment is non-refundable.

Cancellations greater than 48 hours notice will receive the full value as store credit.

Cancellations within 48 hours will receive 50% of the value as store credit.
