Child & Youth Programs Note: All of our child and youth programs qualify for the "Children's Fitness Tax Credit". The "Lil Rok" Program is available Wednesdays 5:30-7pm and Saturdays 10-11:30am to children aged 5+. This is a 10 week program that focuses on movement, technique, fitness and confidence building. TEAM BLDRZ Competitive and Pre-competitive Program (2 to 9 hrs per week) This program sends some of the strongest youth climbers in the country to regional, national and world level competitions. Your child will learn advanced climbing skills and techniques, stretching, nutrition, conditioning and competition strategy. Spots are available on this team by tryout or by invitation only. Climbing is a fantastic way to build self-confidence while increasing fitness. Instructors guide your children towards developing advanced climbing skills and safety awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Come and see why monkeys have more fun! About the camp: This 5 day program is a great opportunity to really dive into rock climbing. Children learn the fundamentals of climbing movement, different grip positions, balance and increase their fitness! All levels and ability are welcome, we teach to the individual’s needs. A variety of non-climbing activities will also take place, such as: swimming, art, juggling, tightrope, gymnastics and more!
Daily packing list: lunch, snacks, refillable water bottle, bathing suit, towel, HAT!!!!, sunscreen, athletic clothing & running shoes. PIZZA lunch will be provided on the Friday. |
